Sasha is the Head of Human Resources at PAI. She is responsible for driving and executing the people strategy for PAI on all topics related to Human Resources, Diversity, Culture, and Belonging.

Sasha joins PAI from the University of Miami, where she was the HR Manager of Total Rewards. There she was responsible for overseeing and implementing the strategic and administrative goals of benefits, payroll and compensation for the academic and healthcare institution of over 14,000 employees. Prior to UM, Sasha worked with Target Corporation as an HR Manager for several store teams. There she led a strong team culture where she ensured compliance on all HR regulatory areas, championed healthy recognition & accountability, and served as District HR Captain for a total of seven district stores.

Sasha earned both her B.S. in Communication & Psychology and her M.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Miami. Sasha lives in Uptown, Oakland and enjoys exploring the plethora of cultural and outdoor activities that living in the Bay affords.
